His defence lawyer, Owen Walker, is trying to keep incriminating statements Reid allegedly made to FBI agents after his arrest from being used as evidence at his trial, which is due to start in November.

R Reid 'forgot' his legal rights and made an incriminating statement, so this then nullifies his incriminating statements.
They weren't really explosive shoes and he wasn't really trying to light them, and no the twin towers didn't come down.
Ah well justice must not only be done, but seen... And there will still be an outcry that he was discriminated against.
