Wonderful, Air Canada!
Now, after successfully arriving back in port, the 'Yachtsman' should be extremely happy to compensate Air Canada, and all other private and public agencies, responsible for his return. Many quite poor taxpayers contributed to his/her return...all expenses in fuel, extra flight time, sorties sent for recovery, etc, should be borne by these 'Yachtsmen' out for a jaunt, and depending on poor working stiffs to subsidize their rescue when things turn south. They should not pay any more than the costs incurred, but no less than total spent on their recovery.
