Ryanair Emergency Descent

My cousin was on a Ryanair flight a couple of days ago and she describes a rather unpleasant decompression. I hadn't heard anything and was trying to find some slightly technical info so I can call her back and explain a bit more of what it involves.

She's so scared and there appeared to be little or no info for the pax. She's not in the mood for her return flight.

Anyone know more so I can help her understand what happened to her? ( I do fully understand decompressions and Emer Des, but not relating directly to her experience).

Ps, she said it was over the Alps (yeah I know!) on the return from Italy
