Post cost cutting

KLMuk/Buzz should be operated as efficiently as possible. As many unnesscary cost should be eliminated.
What I propose would be that company cars be down graded for everyone, or that a pool of cars be kept for use, and individuals request for the use of a car so that mileage can be tracked. Another proposal would be to draw up new contracts for Dept heads and managers, excluding the use of company cars and the use of company mobiles, possibly letting them use their own and claiming the costs back. People may think twice before using their own phone.
What about amalgamating Depts and therefore dispensing with some of the top-heavy leadership.
How about getting rid of building services that we have to pay (e.g. plant cleaning) surely some of this can be left to individuals in the offices. We could also crack down on flt crews and try to get them working for the good of the company instead of their self centered selves, it might also be a good idea to take this situation by the horns and to start new services or minor expansion/investment into new airports or airports that now defunct operators used to use to service the UK (e.g. Zurich, Brussels) at a substantially reduced cost to the passenger, or on the same note why not take on some of the domestic market!!
