Post Do not spoil things for the rest of us

Guys and Gals
It appears some of you that are lucky enough to have found jobs are constantly whingeing about your current employment. Statements like "at Gill we did it this way" and comments of a similar nature are not doing you any favours in todays job market. I have it on good authority that a small number of you are about to be let go from your current positions. Please dont spoil it for the rest of us that have not been as lucky as yourselves.

Did you really have to get a new user id just to say that? <img src="eek.gif" border="0">

There is a polite request at the start of the R & N forum that items of Rumour or News are included. This appears to be 'musings'. May I suggest the 'end of thread' Police are called out?

Knold - perhaps EGAD is new to PPRune. Notso - it sounds like some ex Gills are unhappy with their current employer who is also unhappy with them. I think this falls into the rumour category. Perhaps EGAD is worried that some ex Gills are gaining a bad reputation and he/she does not want to be tarred with the same brush. A perfectly reasonable posting as far as I am concerned.

I have always found that the news and rumours posted have always been to inform and enlighten fellow aviators.

Ex Gill, if you do have any news about impending job losses please show some compasion for your fellow man, however much you may dislike them or disagree with there antics.

P.S. Perhaps nobody told you. We are pilots and whinging is what we do do best.
