Southern Air Transport - Runway Closure Incheon Korea

Saw Southern Air Transport B747-300 parked on taxiway near threshold of runway 34 this morning 5 May 2010. Any information as to why this aircraft may have been involved in the lengthy closure of runway 16/34 at Incheon, Korea ICN/RKSI today?
