Or Sh*t Hawks...or whatever you want to call them...better known as seagulls...some time back we took 3 or 4 through number two engine on rotation out of YVR for OGG, and obviously turned downwind and went back...the birds took out 7 fan blades on the Rolls Royce...no way we were gonna continue to Maui...but happily it didn't make the news...YVR has a large bird population, it's a wonder it doesn't happen more often. Hats off the Birdmen...
