Post Atlas expansion in Anchorage?

In the news paper the other day it said Atlas may want to expand it operation in Anchorage. It said they want 14,000 more feet of warehouse space and additional ramp space for parking 6 more aircraft. If this is true when are they going to start calling back pilots? Or is the forlough just a contract negoition ploy?

I'm not sure but I think this Anchorage thing is for Polar's new HKG-ICN-ANC trips they were just awarded.
