Not yet. Its a seperate legal company. Just happens to be a member of the same group, that's all.
Try looking at
Balair Site
if you want confirmation. Their press releases are a bit sporadic however.

Balair are now operating as Belair (code BWL). They are owned and guaranteed by Hotelplan. They are operating the 757 fleet in the interim and will operate the 767s as soon as funding is sorted out.

Balair, if you bothered to follow the link I gave you, operates under its own name with flight ID BB.
They currently have 4 aircraft operational
2 x 757-200ER Reg. HB-IHR & HB-IHS
2 x 767-300ER Reg. HB-IHV & HB-IHW
On one point you are right however many of their flights are committed to Hotelplan.

twaddle will out

Whoops, serves me right for passing on rumours going round ZRH. Anyway, down with UBS! Thanks for your lovely and non-patronising reply Gofer, you have obviously missed your vocation as a primary school teacher.

Hey "Mishandled" no-pro. Anybody who replies that nice ,has got be a gentleperson at heart. Does it show that much that I baby sit a region full of non-IT-literate senior managers by day, and prowl here by nite.
Now if we could keep this site clean and factual as well, that would really fowl up the presses sources of twaddle and hot air.
At least the BB crews don't have to worry tooooooooo much Crossair doesn't have or want any 7x7's. And even the rest of the SR-Charter crowd don't have so many of them.
& if I could szpell it would be even better

I always liked that small, nice and friendly outfit in ZRH. Keep Balair flying, Hotelplan.
By the way, heard that CS left BB. Who is there to tell those tour operators about flying? Best wishes to all BB´s, I´ve always been jealous on your rotations...
