Try posting in Mil Pilots - if you develop a line of PPRuNe balaclavas to preserve their identities they may feel more inclined to come along, after all they're used to the "alcohol and silly games" part of it, aren't they ?

Ummmm! NR, I would but there is just a few who are really interested and that's it.
They are not a bad bunch but they have mess do's and such. They are good, as I remember but they should have a go at one of our bashes instead! Ho hum!
