Has anyone got more information on a new airline being set up in Shannon? And do people from VEI have anything to do with it?

I seem to remember that the AOC was suspended for a period of 90 days. I think that started on the 2nd April. After that the whole lot is dead.

Latest I heard is that the post holders of the VEI AOC, apart from MH, are now on a retainer with the new company with a view to starting up in Oct/Nov with two 73s then expanding for summer 2002.
Rumuor that the new company includes Aeroflot again but where have we heard all that before???
