TF-ARS hull loss at Dhaka

a 25 year old Atlanta 747-300 (TF_ARS) was considered as damaged beyond repair after a fire broke out in engine #3.

Dang, that aeroplane was quite nice to fly.
At least no-one was hurt.

just stuck the report up in the office... classic example of maintenance going wrong and the consequences

It doesn't change the outcome however the fire was in the pylon.
