Question Britannia problem at MAN last night?

Just wondering what BY105A (757 TEE-PLM) diverted into MAN for last night... he had the fire service standing by but landed normally in the end. Just curious

Thanks

Unhappy

I meant Teeside to Palma - I wasn't sure about the codes.

PMI and LEPA are the IATA and ICAO designators, respectively, for the Son San Juan airport in Palma de Mallorca. Similarly MME and EGNV are the designators for Teeside airport.

Are TEE and PLM part of some third designator system or are they simply pilots’ shorthand? Just interested as a wannabe: don’t kill me for asking.

Incidentally, PLM is the IATA designator for the Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin Ii airport in Palembang, Indonesia whilst TEE is the IATA designator for Tbessa airport, Algeria.
