Question Emirates "Bootstrapping" Air Lanka?

Have heard several rumours about Emirates going to the crease for Air Lanka to help out with capacity while they patch their Airbusses after the "Tiger-Tussle".

Can anyone comment on "Wetlease" tenders that are floating around. We've heard several ME airlines have been approached, including Kuwait and Egyptair. Will anyone step up to this? If they dry lease, where will they get their crew?
