Lightbulb SIA B777 crew disciplined ???

SIA is determined to clear its name on the Taiwan incident by making an example of this crew of a B777 departed for Singapore from an asian city, with little or no crew oxygen available. On top of that, 2 of them happen to be instructor/management pilots.
Ofcourse this came into light due to the leak of information regarding this incident, not counting the ones that were never revealed but kept in -house.
But SIA fails to realise that they'll have a hard time denying that there was company pressure on the crew which took off from taiwan, alas if they didnt they would have faced consequences anyway, but at least not so many lives.
