I thought it was only Ryanair who referred to Charleroi as Brussels South - much the same as they once referred to Malmoe (Sweden) as Copenhagen (Denmark) East

According to Spiegel Online, though it was indicated, there was no apparent fire. Pilots turned off one engine as a precaution, three injured during evacuation.

3 injured? Did they do an emergency evacuation after the landing?
Why? Did they still have a fire warning after the touchdown?
Does anybody have more info?
