A320 on the grass at CDG.

Does anybody know what happen to the A320 on the grass between 26L and 26R at CDG this morning

Yea they can fly themselves grand but can't seem to ground taxi properly

Cuts it one end, scoches it the other - perfect combination! Fire the regular grass cutter and nothing will grow back for months - GENIUS!

Romeo,you really don't want to do that...jeepers even making Terence the Tractor redundant would have the ATC,Metro drivers farmers... etc etc on picket line within 24 hours

CDG Dodgy Drainage?

Just been told that this is the 4th time in 11 months that someone has gone off the side on a taxiway in CDG?

Seems a lot if its true! Surely if its that much there could possibly be a drainage problem causing this sort of thing?

Some of the taxiways have a 3% grade. That could be it. I remember some Jeppesen charts have warnings to mind the grade as rolling back into the runway is a hazard when exiting. Or the pilot may have well just exited the runway too fast for the conditions.
