Yep, they are very lucky and AA pilots are very pissed off because the TWABS are trying to get an even better deal and will most likely go to court to get DOH. 
(Wish I was that lucky when Tower Air went out of business last year and put eveybody on the street. No white knight to solve the problems. We all had to compete on the open market and start from the begining. Once againg.)
