China Airlines 737-800 (almost) overshooting

Hello all.

If I am not mistaken I did not see this here (please remove if already seen).

basically, China Airlines did it again. After all the blunders coming from that airline in so many forms (operations, CRM, maintenance) here is a nice record of a questionable piloting practice.

Or, did I miss something? How many blunders do they need to have until there is some reaction?!

Regards,
