Post Spitfire crash at Duxford

I've heard that a Spitfire crashed whilst landing at Duxford yesterday. The 73 year old pilot escaped uninjured.
Anyone know anything?

I don't know a great deal more than you've said.
I'm told (unconfirmed) that the Spit was one of the build-for-sale models, being flown by a Dutch owner who was uninjured.

I'm pleased to say that, contrary to reports on another thread, it was neither Ray Hanna nor his historic Mk IX, MH434.

Ray is safely in Switzerland with the OFMC team - and not yet 73!!
