Angry Belgrade airport

Be aware of the following: aicraft flying international scheduled services (all-cargo) was diverted to Belgrade due to destination airport and most of Balkan, Greece and Bulgarian airports are suffering heavy snowfall and very low braking action coefficient.
After few hours destination airport reopened and crew was going to the briefing, when airport authorities advised that crew should pay cash money for landing, handling and fuel. They refused to accept credit card and refused to make an invoice to carrier, insisting on cash payment only. Also crew has been told that there is no cash-machine at BEG apt to make captain able to get cash from credit card.
