Congratulations Volare pilots!!!!!
I would like to be one of the first to congratulate all those Volare pilots who have allowed one man, with an Alitalia pension,to sell them all so cheaply. You should all be kicked out of the industry for the damage you have done to Italian aviation as a career for professional pilots!
So, you have signed for 5 years!!!!!It is a management dream come true.And how many of you were on that enforced leave when the vote was taken eh!
It is tooooo pityful for words.
P.S.These comments do not apply to all the downtrodden co pilots who really had no choice in the matter, as we all know the Volare system by now!!!

yes the wise man made us a safe future, for the next 5 years we will have this contract and the company can not change it.
Imagine it could get worse, but not for us.
I think it was a very,very very hard fight between him and the company. Even it was known by very few people that we have to vote for the contract, he made it possible with 35 votes!
