Post AZTEC FORCE LANDS IN FIELD IN CHESHIRE TODAY

APPARENTLY LANDED WITH BOTH ENGINES STOPPED/SHUTDOWN.IT WAS LATER FLOWN BACK OUT OF THE FIELD AND IS BACK ON THE RAMP IN L,POOL TONIGHT.

Up to a point Lord Copper.

It is always good to see someone have a happy ending to a fraught moment in aviation.

The downside is that the cause of the untoward moment in cases like this frequently points to the operator/pilot. Dual/Multiple engine failure is often traced to poor operator technique, such as cross-feeding errors, mis-fueling, or plain old running out of fuel.

I very much hope that this is not the case here.
