Question Which Regional Jet for BA / QANTAS?

According to Flight International, BA and Qantas are apparently evaluating regional jet types for a joint purchase of up to 60 70-110 seat aircraft. The main contenders seem to be the Dornier 728/928, Embraer 170/190 and the RJX 70/85/100. I would be keen to hear some views on these respective types given that they will have to meet the somewhat different requirements of the European and Australian environments.

I currently fly the 146 for a QF affiliate so anything will be an improvement! The Dornier and Embraer look good on paper so it should be an interesting contest.

Cheers

IWM
