Post Bmi and BE are ready to move

Chief executive of British European and Bmi Operations Director both have been seen on seperate occassions at Belfast International for talks with TBI Northern Ireland Director.

Could this mean that the long standing relationship between British Euro and the City Airport is comming to an end.

It also seems that both Airlines would like to remain in skeleton operations at the City but moving all heavy traffic including the 320's and BE new A/C to the International.

Bmi are reported to be not quite so happy with the City Airport management and they have had poor punctuality since they arrived four months ago.

I am sure this will be a relief to those Bmi Pilots battling with some horrific weather conditions for the past four to five weeks. I flew into the city on Friday last and it took 'two' attempts to land!!

. .Food for thought
