Post WATCH OUT VULTURE ABOUT

Reported on BBC cefax. An African Ruppell Griffon Vulture as escaped and is on the lose in Norfolk UK. This bird has a wing span of 8ft and can climb to 37,000ft!!!.
said to be RVSM compliant(Ruppell vulture sex mad) consider little risk to Bae 146`s (way to high for a 146)
Questions
No1 how quick will it get up there(quicker than an A340 i bet!)
No2 can they fly in cloud?
No3 How do they keep warm up there?

This is one very big, very ugly creature.
Last seen sitting on a neighbours roof, (yesterday).
I don't know if it was having a kip, or waiting for a slot time to go into the upper airspace, whichever, I was not going to argue with it.
Having previously seen it at the zoo where it normally lives, it looked just as meanacing, and is better equipped than most of the UK's front line fighters.
The keepers inform me that it will return home when it is hungry as it only feeds on dead animals, the only problem being, does it, or someone else make them dead first.

Being a vulture (a creature some might uncharitably say I have a certain affinity with) I vaguely suspect it probably waits for others to do the business, as it were.

Just seen on teletext that it has attacked a pet cat. Seems intent on annoying pilots. It's chasing pussy now!

It's great technology: Does this means it can detect Clear Air Turbulence (CAT)?

Where can you buy one?

They reckon the yokel catchers down in sunny Norfolk have given up trying to tame the beast.
They were last seen sat outside 'The Norfolk and Chance' getting ratted!!

Poor Foster is back in the bag again - suckered into captivity by a good-looking blonde. Many of us will feel a twinge of fellow-feeling!
