WATCH OUT VULTURE ABOUT
Reported on BBC cefax. An African Ruppell Griffon Vulture as escaped and is on the lose in Norfolk UK. This bird has a wing span of 8ft and can climb to 37,000ft!!!.
said to be RVSM compliant(Ruppell vulture sex mad) consider little risk to Bae 146`s (way to high for a 146)
Questions
No1 how quick will it get up there(quicker than an A340 i bet!)
No2 can they fly in cloud?
No3 How do they keep warm up there?

This is one very big, very ugly creature.
Last seen sitting on a neighbours roof, (yesterday).
I don't know if it was having a kip, or waiting for a slot time to go into the upper airspace, whichever, I was not going to argue with it.
Having previously seen it at the zoo where it normally lives, it looked just as meanacing, and is better equipped than most of the UK's front line fighters.
The keepers inform me that it will return home when it is hungry as it only feeds on dead animals, the only problem being, does it, or someone else make them dead first.

It wasn't me.
