IiP = Investors in People. C'mon on then who out there feels respected at the moment?
It seems like all the Company managements are bearing down on those wholly unproductive coal face expenses like engineers, cabin crew, ops/crewing staff and worst of all you militant recalcitrant pilot types of which I am one. At the same time, some are awarding themselves big bonuses for a job well done in months past.
Does anyone feel like accrediting their Company with the coveted IiP status, perhaps we could have an employer of the month award? Any votes the January title?
In all seriousness, who is happy with their lot and would willingly commend their outfit to those who may be disenchanted with their lot?
