One thing fascinates me. O'Leary went on TV to be lambasted over this issue when all it was was an IT screw up.
Of course there's the publicity value (he loves seeing himself on tele), but you wonder...what is the boss of europes fastest growing airline (maybe the only growing airline) doing on TV defending the screw ups of his IT nerds?
