E170 - Landing with nose gear retracted

Dont know the operator or the location, but a E170 landed with the nose gear retracted on the 30th May, the gear was selected down but didnt respond. Neither the override switch nor the alternate extension procedure worked.

Anyone know where it happened?

It was an United Express flight 7512 inbound from KIAH (Houston Bush International) to KIAD (Washington Dulles). Four crew and 56 passengers. Three minor injuries.
