Question : why do ALL (!) threads revolving aroung SWISS get closed or tranfered ?

Seems to me that PPRuNe is changing more and more into a forum exclusively for pilots working for a UK airline, UK ex-pats or Ryanair.

BTW, where´s The Guvnor ?

Moritz, I couldn't agree more …But your motto is THE MOST hilarious and poignant little piece of literature that I've came across this year. . .Cheers. .www.stopstart.fsnet.co.uk/mica/flash.gif

Robert

Generally it because the threads are neither rumours nor news.

And this falls into the same category.

Nice picture though

Angry

I'd like to add that this must be the 10th time this topic has been started. If someone is unable to figure out that a padlocked topic has actually been moved elsewhere then I'm sorry but the majority of users are literate enough to follow through with a click or two to get to the correct forum.

There are 75 forums on PPRuNe and if you haven't figured out that a question should go in the questions forum and an airline press release into the Airlines forum for example then this is your opprtunity to increase your understanding. As for the question of whether this is a predominantly a forum for UK based pilots... err... well yes it originally was but if you bother to look at the list of forums there are specific regional ones.

With over 40k users ti is called editorial control and if you don't like the idea of that then there are a few unmoderated mailing lists you can join. See how much fun you have with those.

BTW, yes, I am not in a good mood at the moment thanks to dealing for the last two hours with all the other admin problems that I get by email and now I have to read petty complaints about why we move threads. You go and run a website this size on a voluntary basis and then come back and complain!
