Any body know why KLM733 md 11 from Amsterdam is declaring an emergency and diverting to Nante in France eta nantes 1505

[FL480]

MD11 PH-KCF en route AMS-SXM diverted to NTE due to pax not feeling well... Ambulances were waiting on the ground.
