Just seen on CNN that AMR Corporation have announced that they are going to 20,000 jobs.

Yes it's true ... with one bit of clarification: AA itself is not cutting 20,000 jobs. That number applies to the total cuts of AA, AE, and TWA (LLC) combined.
No word yet on how those cuts will be spread out among the various work groups.
