UPS engine problem at ANC
While scanning the "other" site forbidden from mentioned on here, seems a UPS B747 enroute from ANC to SDF suffered
a quote "Engine Explosion" on take off and had to make
a heavy emergency landing. Apparently the wing slats were knocked out and the left main tires all burst due to max braking.
Anybody have any more info or photos????
