Closed threads - why??

The threads may be closed on the R & N page but if you bothered to look near the top left of the closed thread you would see that it says where it has been moved to! 
Too many threads are not rumours or news but merely questions or discussions and are simply moved to what I consider to be another more appropriate forum. The thread will have a padlock on it so as it isn't duplicated.
So, just like the others this will be padlocked but will not be moved elsewhere. DO NOT use this forum for "why was this thread closed" discussions!
