Milan Crash 0f 2001
Reported on the Aviation Safety Network that 4 employees of ENAV have been convicted following the crash at Milan in 2001 in which 118 people were killed. They have been convicted of Manslaughter and sentenced to terms of imprisonment of between three and four years.
