Post DHL Pilot Rumour

A mutual friend at EMA who normally advises me how long the Prime A300 is parked up has told me a story of a Pilot who alledgedly joined DHL Air, completed a 3 week conversion ground school, 1 days sim at BA, then remembered he was still employed by another well known UK Airline that flys A340's etc. (he was awaiting a 340 CCQ so not doing a lot). His CCQ was alledgedly bought forward so he bailed out of DHL Air.

Surely not?
