I urgently need any info about a company called Alpair Aircraft Ltd based in Europe somewhere.

Not sure but i think it's in the italian part of Switzerland and they specialize in ambulance and rescue flights with choppers and small jets.
you can check this site and contact them for the info you need, i believe these are the guys running Alpair.
