Post Latest AC rumour

Latest rumour from Air Canada has that airline increasing summer frequency between Toronto and Manchester by substituting a A340 from the usual 767, on Fridays and Saturdays. Also rumoured, Glasgow will have A340's, Friday, Saturday and Sundays throughout the summer sched.. .Got this from a usually reliable source. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="biggrin.gif" />

Thanks for the gen, any idea who will be doing their maintenance on the A340s?. .The B767s are covered by BA at the moment.

Don't know HOVIS. .My source said that due to healthy bookings for the period commencing July 1 to September 15, 2002, the airline is considering adding a section to each of the flights mentioned. The section would be in the form of a upgrade in equipment from a 767 to a A340. . .If I hear anything more I will certainly post it to the forum.
