Question Interception over the UK - is this true?

Heard a rumour that an interception of a civilian a/c over the UK took place last week. Story goes that civvy was not contactable on any coms freqs or ACARS etc. Intercepted by two harriers(?). I've been out of touch for a few days, so maybe I missed a thread first time round. Anyone any info? It may just be another "Send up three and fourpence...." story.. .. .Wings Level, Ball in the Puddle!
