Employment Conference
Having visited the BALPA Employment conference on Saturday in London, the forecast seems to be doom and gloom for frozen ATPL pilots straight out of training!
The speakers were very informative about their respective companies but all with the underlying 'employment freeze'
I would like to get other outlooks on the industry for those of us left in the unfortunate situation of starting a career at this troubled time, and general views on the conference.
Signing off with the same phrase the speakers used 'GOOD LUCK', it seems we're going to need it!
