Any news on Go-Fly?

Its been a while since I heard anything about the sale of Go, the last I heard they were hoping to wrap it up by the end of March. Anyone seen anything I haven't? I think I heard Barbara Cassini was close to sealing the deal with 3i which meant she would remain "head" of Go with their financial backing, but I might have heard wrong. Anybody?

When he says yellow he might mean Buzz though the story is that the are no longer in the frame.
