Yes, I have. Eclipse Airlines SA of Luxembourg is owned and run by Mike X (I won't post his name here, since he doesn't post mine here) and his assistant Ina XX.

I worked for them on a 6 month contract and found them to be fair, on-time with salaries, and rather dynamic. Had our client not got greedy and quoted themselves out of the lucrative DHL (EAT) contract, we'd probably still be working there today.

Eclipse are the company who employed NJI non Italian aircrew and who have not paid them since the end of September. We live in hope!
