Wheel comes off B737
Moderate, Modest & Mild.

An inner main wheel separated from a B737-400 during training at Shimojishima (Shimoji Island) during local training, earlier this week.
Reports indicate that the crew noticed nothing "unusual" other than an ANTI-SKID INOP light, until after block in when the ground engineer advised them that they were missing one wheel.
Several different airlines use Shimoji for training.
* Shimoji is near Okinawa
* Aircraft was approx. 8 years old - maintained from new by operator.
* Cause is thought to be a sheared inner axle.
* No names - no pack drill!
