retirement

Hello folks, just a quick question. Does a commercial helicopter pilot working in Britain have to retire from flying duties at 60?

We'll see soon!!

Basically yes, for single pilot ops. No, if multi-crew and the other one is uner 60 - otherwise age 65.

This is for PT ops; aerial ops, including instruction, can go on for as long as the medical allows!

Cheers

Thanks Whirls, seems a little way off yet, but when I was in my 20s I thought my 40s were so far away and whoosh, here I am. Where did that 20 years go?
