ski box for EC355 - where to get?
 

... ideally it should be some lightweight carbon made box..

PS is it possible to use ski box if I have popout floats installed on EC 355??

Dart Aero do a Utility Basket.. for 355.

Can carry approx 200lb...

You would have to remove the floats or disable them at the very least, but why carry the extra weight anyway?

In that case, you cant use Basket if you require use of Floats.

Why would you want to have floats on an AS355? A twin engine helicopter since you´re not landing on elevated platforms:confused:

But anyway. I´m pretty sure I have flown AS350B3´s with Dart ski-baskets and popout floats.

Here is the answer to your problem. Purchase the Dart PN350 602-011
Utility Pod, it has been certfied for use with floats both Aerazur & Air Cruisers for both 350 & 355. Be aware the Dart Ski Baskets are not certified for use with pop out floats nor likely are any other similar baskets. You can find Dart Aerospace on the web.
