Who's to say that this chap wasnt some doddery old buffer who just happened to lose his footing and fell under a speeding lorry, but then thought that he'd blame the nearest thing that he saw that oozed money - Noisy Helicopter - and then the 'compensation culture' took over and he woke up in hospital, seeing £££££££££££££££ in his field of vision?

I know what you mean but, on this occasion, descriptions of the incident appear to be from bystanders (not necessarily accurate, obviously) whilst the elderly man was critically ill in hospital.
