Am I missing something, or does this Cambridge position become vacant every six months?

I guess Babcock Management haven't twigged that a 6on / 3off roster with unsociable hours, while paying Multi Crew ATPL(H)IR NVIS HEMS Commanders & Co's the same as 'Great Western' Train Drivers doesn't retain people.

(No disrespect to 'Great Western' train drivers intended. In fact, good on 'em!)

Same again 12th Jul 2019 20:04

Well as long as they can get a new one with those qualifications every 6 months why would they change it?
