Article says along Hudson river so in unlikely event they needed to jettison the "load" the FAA stipulated as long they didn't hit Sully's plane, they were happy. ;)

Dollars to donuts it was never over Manhattan. Come to think of it, I don't know of any longline work done over Manhattan in recent memory.
