Where do i start my Heli training?

Hi guys.

I`m a fixed wing pilot with 4000h, flying the 737 today.

Fed up as I am with the airine industry i have decided to persue my life long dream of becoming a rotor head like my older brother.

Does anyone have a god tip as to where to start? I`m i the process of doing my bridge course over to frozen ATPL H. The next step will be PPL-H. I live in Norway.:ok:
