If I received a fiver for every time I saw the word 'Bristow' with a superfluous 's' on the end, I'd be able to retire! :ugh::ugh:

Re Bristow(s)

212 - Edited just for you. Now go and have a little lie down.

Epiphany 1st Nov 2011 12:20

I'm with you 212. There was a time when it was important to know the name of the company you were applying for a job with.

There are a few superfluous 'S's dotted around at ABZ mind you :-)

Bristow - Interview

I have just been called for interview for the recently advertised positions.

Been told it will involve a Sim slot and interview.

Anybody got any tips?

AlfonsoBonzo 7th Nov 2011 16:02

lie, cheat and dont get caught.

Flight Sim is good to practise IR procedures if you need to. IQ tests and puzzles are good for the rest.

Then lie some more

Wig 8th Nov 2011 09:55

Wombat, check your PM's.

Angut 8th Nov 2011 10:41

Anyone besides Wombat got called or contacted for an interview? I am still waiting for an answer, which Bristow said they would give at the end of October:hmm:

Rotatohead 9th Nov 2011 08:09

I got a form to fill out called "Further Information required for the position of Pilot2" which I returned couple of days ago. Since they are asking what my availability for an interview / selection day is, I assume they are going to invite me for one.
Any help would be appreciated regarding the interview process.
Thanks!

I am jealous:ok:

blackbird20 9th Nov 2011 12:12

I got the same "further questions form..." and sent back a few days ago. I assume that for the moment they are only inviting for interview those who have more experience....what experience do you have(rotatohead)?

Welcome to the helicopter industry. Being lied to and messed around is something that you will get used to.
